Arvind started his career as an has worked at various positions with multiple Banks & Finance Companies viz., Kotak Bank, HDFC Bank, Tata Motor Finance, Tata Capital, India Bulls, Magma Fincorp, Magma Housing and Capri Global Capital Limited. During this journey in corporate sector, he has handled National Role in some of the companies.
Possessed with experience of over two decades, he has advised and represented clients in the areas of Banking, Corporate law, Human Resource, International Trade Finance, Litigation, Arbitration (Domestic & International), Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, Real Estate, Insolvency, DRT/DRAT matters , Family disputes / Succession Planning, Property disputes, SEBI, Money Laundering etc. He regularly advises clients on various aspects of Assignment of Debts , Letters of Credits, International transactions , he has been actively advising clients on IBC related issues including drafting of Resolution Plans and appears regularly before National Company Law Tribunal and its Appellate Tribunal.
He was part of a team involved in International Arbitrations conducted under the Rules of The International Chamber of Commerce and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
On the Corporate side he has rendered Opinions on important issues on validity of e-signatures/ Digital signatures under the Information & Technology Act, e-recruitment & disciplinary action processes; drafted & vetted various arbitration clauses with specific emphasis of choice of law & importance of seat of arbitration.
